Introduction of Apentral-HP Tablet Combipack

Apentral-HP Kit is a prescription medicine. It is advised to take it as per the prescription. It can be taken on an empty stomach, but it must be taken at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Do not consume more than the recommended dose, as this may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The treatment must be completed even if you feel better.


The common side effects of this medicine are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes, etc. If any of the side effects get aggravated, you must consult your doctor immediately. If you experience any allergic reaction (rashes, itching, swelling, shortness of breath, etc.), you must seek immediate medical help.


Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are taking any medicines for any health condition. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult with their doctor before taking it. Avoid drinking alcohol as it can cause excessive drowsiness with this medicine. Apentral-HP Kit helps you manage the symptoms of peptic ulcer disease such as stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, bloating, change in appetite. It also reduces heartburn (burning sensation in the chest) and indigestion associated with it. How Apentral-HP Tablet Combipack works

Apentral-HP Kit is a combination of three medicines: Amoxicillin, Pantoprazole, and Clarithromycin, which treats stomach/intestinal ulcers caused by the bacteria. Amoxicillin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering (cell wall). Clarithromycin is also an antibiotic that stops bacteria from growing by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins necessary for their survival. Together, they treat your infection effectively. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and relieves acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Peptic ulcers are open sores that develop on the inner lining of your stomach and the upper portion of your small intestine. The most common symptom of a peptic ulcer is stomach pain, feeling of fullness and nausea.
The use of Apentral-HP Kit is considered to harmful for patients with a known hypersensitivity to any active or inactive ingredients of the medicine. Caution is advised in patients with underlying kidney or liver disease.
Apentral-HP Kit may be taken every 8 hours or every 12 hours, or as prescribed by your doctor. Many antibiotics can cause diarrhea. Taking it with a meal or snack can reduce the possibility of stomach upset. If diarrhea is severe or lasts for more than 2-3 days, call your doctor.
No, complete the course even if you feel better. It is common to feel better early in the course of therapy. However, skipping doses or not completing the full course of the medicine may reduce its effectiveness. It might also make the bacteria develop resistance against the treatment.
