How Com-D3 N Tablet works

Com-D3 N Tablet combines four medicines: pregabalin, nortriptyline, methylcobalamin, and vitamin D3. Pregabalin is an alpha-2 delta ligand that decreases pain by modulating the calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Nortriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant that increases the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B that helps produce myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Vitamin D3 helps nerves send messages properly in the body. It supports brain chemicals, protects nerve coverings, and reduces swelling, which keeps nerves healthy and helps relieve pain. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).
