I have been having a blocked nose since about 1 month now. I use Otrivin Nasal Spray to decongest, but I am using it for 1 month and I use it 5-6 times a day. Even in the middle of the night I have a blocked nose and I have to wake up to do a nasal spray. Yesterday I went out for a job and I felt difficulty breathing like a chest congestion. However in the last 1 month I have had no phlegm or mucus discharge orally or via nose. It is just a blocked nose. Should I take a decongestant to clear the nose + chest and force out the congestion? Is it a congestion at all or something else?
