Hello start Syp. Zinconia 5 ml once daily for 14 days.Also give ORS/ coconut water and lemon water. Increase intake of fluids.For vomiting you can give tab emeset 1 tab SOS, max every 6 hrly.If problem persists show to nearest pediatrician.
