Mastel 10mg Tablet should be taken with or without food. The dose may vary depending on what you are taking it for. Take it as it has been prescribed by your doctor. You may need this medicine only on days you have symptoms, or you may need to take it every day to prevent symptoms from happening. Mastel 10mg Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.

Taking Mastel with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Fluconazole (Oral Route)

Do not consume Mizolastine with Fluconazole. Fluconazole may raise blood levels of Mizolastine.

Is there any food or drink that I need to avoid while taking Mastel 10mg Tablet?

Yes, you should avoid drinking grape juice, orange juice and apple juice while taking Mastel 10mg Tablet. These might make you more likely to have side effects. However, if not sure, consult your doctor.
