What if you forget to take Menata-D Tablet?

What are the instructions for the storage and disposal of Menata-D Tablet?
Keep this medicine in the packet or container it came in, tightly closed. Store it as mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of the unused medicine. Make sure it is not consumed by pets, children, and other people.
What are the contraindications to the use of Menata-D Tablet?
Menata-D Tablet is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to Memantine, Donepezil or any of its constituents. Also, inform your doctor about all of patients medical history before using this medicine.
