Metrodin 200mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines that effectively treats diarrhea and dysentery. It kills the microorganisms to promote a fast recovery.
Metrodin 200mg/250mg Tablet is a prescription medicine that can be taken with or without food. Do not consume more than the recommended dose, as this may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The treatment must be completed even if you feel better.

How Metrodin Tablet works
Metrodin 200mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Metronidazole and Clioquinol (Iodochlorhydroxyquin), which treat stomach and intestine infections. Metronidazole is an antibiotic which kills bacteria and certain other infectious microorganisms by damaging the DNA. Clioquinol (Iodochlorhydroxyquin) is also an antibiotic with additional antifungal action. It works by preventing the growth and multiplication of both bacteria and fungi.
