Product introduction

MHFA Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of vertigo. It prevents the feeling of nausea, vomiting, light-headedness and other symptoms of vertigo.

MHFA Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.

Common side effects of this medicine include vomiting, dryness in the mouth, headache, and fatigue. These are usually mild and disappear after a short time. Consult your doctor if they persist. This medicine may also cause sleepiness and drowsiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your sleepiness.

In Vertigo

Vertigo means a spinning sensation or dizziness that is triggered due to frequent movement. It can happen due to many reasons but it may also occur without any underlying disease. You may experience spinning sensation (vertigo), nausea or vomiting as a result of this condition. MHFA Tablet helps treat these symptoms effectively. If you feel dizzy while getting up from the bed, sit for a while and then rise slowly to avoid having an accidental fall.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Breast feeding
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
MHFA Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Larger doses or prolonged use of MHFA Tablet may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby
Driving
UNSAFE
MHFA Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
MHFA Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of MHFA Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
MHFA Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of MHFA Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
