Product introduction

Nofain 30mg Tablet is used for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. It effectively helps in relieving postoperative pain, muscle pain, joint pain, or in serious injury cases where weaker painkillers no longer work.

Nofain 30mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It should be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. Inform your doctor if you have any history of heart disease or stroke.

Some patients may experience dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, and decreased blood pressure on taking this medicine. Your doctor may regularly monitor your kidney function, liver function, and levels of blood components if you are taking this medicine for long-term treatment.

What if you forget to take Nofain Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Nofain 30mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Nofain 30mg Tablet is a pain‑relief tablet for short‑term and long‑term pain, such as after surgery, dental pain, muscle or joint pain, injury‑related pain, and cancer‑related pain. It is not for heart attack pain.

Who should not take Nofain 30mg Tablet?

Individuals should not take Nofain 30mg Tablet if they are under 12 years old, have ever had an allergic reaction to nefopam, are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) medicines for depression, or if they have ever had epilepsy/seizures.

Can Nofain 30mg Tablet cause allergic reactions?

Yes, stop taking Nofain 30mg Tablet and seek urgent care for swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing, or a widespread rash. These may be signs of angioedema or anaphylaxis, which are medical emergencies.

What serious side effects of Nofain 30mg Tablet should I watch for?

Serious side effects of Nofain 30mg Tablet may include seizures/convulsions, confusion or hallucinations (seeing or hearing things), a very fast heartbeat, fainting, or severe trouble passing urine. If you experience any of these symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.
