Frequently asked questions

Nuroflow 500 mg/5 mg Tablet is used for the treatment of migraine attacks. It helps relieve migraine-related symptoms such as headache, nausea, and vomiting, allowing individuals to feel more comfortable during an attack. It is intended to treat an ongoing migraine episode rather than prevent future migraines.
Nuroflow 500 mg/5 mg Tablet contains Paracetamol and Prochlorperazine. Paracetamol helps relieve migraine pain by reducing the production of chemical messengers responsible for pain. Prochlorperazine helps control nausea and vomiting that commonly occur during migraine attacks. Together, these ingredients help provide more complete relief from migraine symptoms.
Nuroflow 500 mg/5 mg Tablet can generally be taken with or without food. If you experience stomach discomfort, taking it after food may feel more comfortable. Follow your doctor's instructions regarding how to take the medicine.
Nuroflow 500 mg/5 mg Tablet is usually taken during migraine attacks as advised by your doctor. If you experience frequent migraines or need repeated treatment, your doctor may review your condition and discuss long-term migraine management options.
Many individuals achieve better symptom control when migraine treatment is started early in an attack. If you notice the usual warning signs or early symptoms of a migraine, follow the treatment plan recommended by your doctor.
Nuroflow 500 mg/5 mg Tablet is primarily prescribed for migraine attacks, especially when symptoms such as nausea or vomiting accompany the headache. Your doctor can determine whether this medicine is appropriate for other types of headaches.
The Prochlorperazine in Nuroflow 500 mg/5 mg Tablet helps control nausea and vomiting, which are common symptoms of migraine. By reducing these symptoms, it may help individuals feel more comfortable and improve their ability to take fluids or food during an attack.
Inform your doctor about all medicines you are taking. Since Nuroflow 500 mg/5 mg Tablet already contains Paracetamol, taking additional Paracetamol-containing products may increase the risk of exceeding the recommended daily dose.
If your migraine symptoms do not improve, become more severe, or occur more frequently despite treatment, contact your doctor. Your doctor may reassess your symptoms and recommend a different treatment approach if needed.
Keeping a migraine diary may help identify factors that trigger attacks, such as certain foods, stress, lack of sleep, dehydration, or hormonal changes. Recognising and avoiding triggers may help reduce the frequency of migraine episodes.
Use Nuroflow 500 mg/5 mg Tablet according to your doctor's advice. If migraine attacks become frequent or require repeated treatment, your doctor may evaluate whether additional preventive measures or alternative therapies are needed.
