Some common side effects of this medicine include nausea, dry cough, headache, weakness, decreased blood pressure, and increased potassium level in blood. How Prolomet R Tablet ER works
Prolomet R 50 Tablet ER is a combination of two medicines: Metoprolol and ramipril which lower blood pressure effectively. Ramipril is an ACE inhibitor which reduces stress on the heart and relaxes blood vessel so that blood flows more smoothly.
