Sermion 30mg Tablet is taken by mouth with or without food preferably at night. Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain consistent level of medicine in the body. You should finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. In case you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. You should continue to take this medicine for as long as the doctor advises and do not stop taking it suddenly as it may result in worsening of headaches.

Side effects associated with the use of this medicine includes fatigue, nausea, hot flushes, and muscle pain. If any of these side effects bother you or get worse, let your doctor know.
