Zoxakind 100mg/5ml Syrup is an antiparasitic medication that is used in the treatment of diarrhea and worm infections in children. It inhibits the growth of the parasite thereby treating the infection.
Zoxakind 100mg/5ml Syrup can be given orally, either before or after food. Prefer giving it after food to prevent chances of stomach upset in your child and to enable better absorption of Zoxakind 100mg/5ml Syrup. The usually prescribed frequency is two times a day. However, this may vary depending upon the type and severity of the infection as well as your child’s body weight and age. Therefore, stick to the dose, time, and way as prescribed by the doctor. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of intake, repeat the same dose but never double up the dose if it is time for the next dose.
