Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Menthol is a combination of two medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Menthol which relieve cold symptoms. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Menthol is an organic compound which loosens the mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out, and also relieves minor throat irritation.
