How Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Paracetamol works

Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Paracetamol is a combination of three medicines: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide , Phenylephrine and Paracetamol which relieve dry cough. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking the production of the chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that transmit pain signals and induce fever.
