Nicotinamide + Thyroxine + Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is a combination of three medicines: Nicotinamide , Thyroxine and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine). Thyroxine is a synthetic version of a hormone produced by the thyroid gland. It works by replacing the thyroid hormones that your thyroid gland cannot produce. This relieves the symptoms of hypothyroidism (tiredness, weight gain, and depression). Nicotinamide and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) provide essential nutrients.

No tea/coffee, food or milk should be taken 1 hour before and 2 hours after taking this medicine as it affects the absorption of Thyroxine / Levothyroxine. For those who cannot take it empty stomach, can take it with breakfast but this could cause fluctuation in the TSH levels.
Nicotinamide+Thyroxine+Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) contains thyroxine/levothyroxine and is indicated for use in patients with hypothyroidism which is usually associated with weight gain. Nicotinamide+Thyroxine+Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) may help in maintaining a normal weight of the patients but does not cause weight loss. However, weight loss could be a side effect of this medicine when taken in more than recommended doses.
The use of Nicotinamide+Thyroxine+Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is contraindicated in patients with known allergy to any of its ingredients, in patients of thyrotoxicosis (patients with very high levels of thyroid hormones) and patients with any disease of the adrenal glands.
Take Nicotinamide+Thyroxine+Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) exactly as advised by your doctor. Get your thyroid function tests regularly and consult your doctor before making any changes in the dose of your medicine.
