Ofloxacin + Serratiopeptidase is a combination of two medicines: Ofloxacin and Serratiopeptidase. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It prevents the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing thereby killing the bacteria. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.
