Abivori

Abivori 200 Tablet is a prescription medicine that belongs to a class of medicines known as antifungals. It is used to treat certain serious fungal infections in your blood and body such as aspergillosis, esophageal candidiasis, Scedosporium, Fusarium, and candidemia. Abivori 200 Tablet effectively relieves these infections in adults and children aged 2 years and above.

Abivori 200 Tablet is effective if used in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Do not stop taking it even if you see improvement in your condition. If you stop using Abivori 200 Tablet too early, the symptoms may return or worsen.

If you have missed a dose of Abivori 200 Tablet, take it as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, take it in the regular schedule instead of taking the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one as this may increase the chances of developing side effects.

Before taking Abivori 200 Tablet, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to Abivori 200 Tablet or any of its ingredients to avoid any allergic reactions. Let your doctor know if you have any problems with your heart, liver or kidneys and if you are suffering from diabetes as Abivori 200 Tablet contains sugar. Inform your doctor about all the other medicines you are taking because they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive or breastfeeding to prevent any harmful effects on the baby.

Driving or anything requiring concentration must be avoided while taking Abivori 200 Tablet. This is because Abivori 200 Tablet may cause changes in your vision such as blurring or sensitivity to light. Moreover, Abivori 200 Tablet may make you sensitive to sunlight and increases the chances of getting a sunburn. If you get a sunburn, please contact your doctor immediately.

Abivori 200 Tablet tablets or liquid form must be stored at a temperature of 59°F to 86°F (15°C to 30°C). Do not refrigerate or freeze. The liquid or suspension form should be thrown away (discarded) after 14 days. Abivori 200 Tablet must be stored in a tightly closed container. Any outdated (expired) medicine must be discarded. Abivori 200 Tablet must be kept out of reach of children to avoid misuse.
