How Aloja-M Products work
Alogliptin + Metformin is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines, alogliptin and metformin. Alogliptin works by increasing the release of insulin from the pancreas and decreasing the hormones responsible for raising blood sugar levels. Metformin limits the absorption of glucose from food and reduces the production of glucose by the liver. Metformin also increases the body's response to insulin.

Yes, Aloja-M Forte Tablet can cause dizziness as a side effect. If this happens to you, sit or lie down until the symptoms pass. Always carry some sugary food or fruit juice with you in case you experience dizziness while traveling.

This medication does not treat type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis (increased ketones in the blood or urine).
