How Bectogen Products work

Gentamicin + Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a combination of two medicines: Gentamicin + Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose1 and Gentamicin + Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose2. Gentamicin + Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose1 is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Gentamicin + Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose2 is a lubricant similar to natural tears. It provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness in the eye.
