How Belsalic Products work
Clobetasol + Salicylic Acid is a combination of two medicines: Clobetasol + Salicylic Acid1 and Clobetasol + Salicylic Acid2, which treats eczema and psoriasis. Clobetasol + Salicylic Acid1 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Clobetasol + Salicylic Acid2 is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Clobetasol + Salicylic Acid1 into the skin.
