No, Brimorate Eye Drop is not a beta blocker. It is an alpha adrenergic agonist which means it acts on alpha adrenergic receptor present in the eye. This medicine reduces the high pressure in the eye by decreasing the amount of fluid in the eyes. It has minimal effect on heart and lungs.
