How Bromostar-T Products work
Timolol + Brimonidine is a combination of two medicines: Timolol + Brimonidine1 and Timolol + Brimonidine2. Timolol + Brimonidine1 is a beta blocker while Timolol + Brimonidine2 is a sympathomimetic. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humor (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
