Side Effects of Bromsal are Nausea, Dizziness, Headache, Palpitations, Tremors, Muscle cramp, Throat irritation, Respiratory tract infection, Respiratory tract inflammation, Cough, Arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats), Tachycardia, Decreased potassium level in blood, Nervousness, Weakness, Irritability, Drowsiness, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Difficulty in urination.
