Common

Side Effects of Clindasartan are Increased potassium level in blood, Dizziness, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Fatigue, Ankle swelling, Sleepiness, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Headache, Nausea, Palpitations, Edema (swelling).

How Clindasartan Products work

Cilnidipine + Irbesartan is a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine + Irbesartan1 and Cilnidipine + Irbesartan2 which lower blood pressure effectively. Cilnidipine + Irbesartan1 is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and Cilnidipine + Irbesartan2 is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
