Side Effects of Dacilon are Nausea, Vomiting, Rash, Difficulty in swallowing, Hair loss, Fatigue, Fever, Liver toxicity, Anemia (low number of red blood cells), Decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), Mucositis.

Side Effects of Dacilon are Diarrhea, Low blood platelets, Myelosuppression, Pneumonitis, Infection, Decreased blood cells (red cells, white cells, and platelets), Hypersensitivity, Decreased appetite, Peripheral neuropathy (tingling and numbness of feet and hand), Disseminated intravascular coagulation, Decreased white blood cell count (lymphocytes), Tumor lysis syndrome, Optic neuropathy, Thrombophlebitis, Abnormal liver function, Ascites (accumulation of fluid in the abdominal cavity), Hepatomegaly (enlarged liver), Liver failure, Hepatic veno-occlusive disease, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Radiation recall dermatitis, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Growth retardation, Renal failure, Secondary malignancies, Extravasation.
