How Dexapin Products work

Atropine + Dexamethasone is a combination of three medicines: Atropine + Dexamethasone1 and Atropine + Dexamethasone2. Atropine + Dexamethasone1 is an anticholinergic medicine which works by making the pupil of your eye larger and relaxing the muscles in your eye. Atropine + Dexamethasone2 is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.
