Chloramphenicol + Dexamethasone + Polymyxin B is a combination of two antibiotics (Chloramphenicol + Dexamethasone + Polymyxin B1, Chloramphenicol + Dexamethasone + Polymyxin B3) and a steroid (Chloramphenicol + Dexamethasone + Polymyxin B2).
