Metronidazole + Norfloxacin is a combination of two antibiotics: Metronidazole + Norfloxacin1 and Metronidazole + Norfloxacin2. It is advised that you get your child’s G6PD deficiency evaluated before starting the course of treatment. Avoid giving Diaba M 100 mg/100 mg Suspension as deficiency of G6PD enzymes can lead to breaking of blood cells resulting in severe anemia.

No, do not give Diaba M 100 mg/100 mg Suspension with cough and cold medicines. Diaba M 100 mg/100 mg Suspension can interact with alcohol-containing medicines like cough syrups and cause disulfiram reaction, leading to side effects such as nausea, vomiting, flushing, dizziness, etc.
