How Dicloran Spas Products work

Camylofin + Diclofenac is a combination of two medicines: Camylofin + Diclofenac1 and Camylofin + Diclofenac2 which relieve abdominal pain and cramps. Camylofin + Diclofenac1 is an anticholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps and pain. Camylofin + Diclofenac2 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling).
