How Famtac Products work
Aluminium Hydroxide + Magnesium + Simethicone is a combination of two antacids (Aluminium Hydroxide + Magnesium + Simethicone1 and Aluminium Hydroxide + Magnesium + Simethicone2) and an antifoaming medicine (Aluminium Hydroxide + Magnesium + Simethicone3). The antacids neutralise excess acid in stomach. The antifoaming medicine disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
