Paracetamol + Caffeine + Phenylpropanolamine is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol + Caffeine + Phenylpropanolamine1, Paracetamol + Caffeine + Phenylpropanolamine2 and Paracetamol + Caffeine + Phenylpropanolamine3 which relieve common cold symptoms. Paracetamol + Caffeine + Phenylpropanolamine1 is a analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Paracetamol + Caffeine + Phenylpropanolamine2 increases the effectiveness of paracetamol. Paracetamol + Caffeine + Phenylpropanolamine3 is a sympathomimetic agonist. It narrows blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion.
