How Ibuspa Products work
Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dicyclomine is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dicyclomine1, Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dicyclomine2 and Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dicyclomine3. Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dicyclomine1 and Paracetamol work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dicyclomine3 is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps and pain.
