Kicpain

Kicpain XL Capsule is used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. The combination also helps protect the stomach lining from ulcers, which can be caused by long-term use of aceclofenac (present in Kicpain XL Capsule).

Before starting Kicpain XL Capsule, tell your doctor if you have a history of ulcers, bleeding disorders, asthma, or liver, kidney, or heart problems. It is also important to inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, as this medicine can harm the unborn baby.

Do not take Kicpain XL Capsule if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, have active stomach or intestinal bleeding, severe heart, kidney, or liver disease, or if you are allergic to aceclofenac, misoprostol, aspirin, or other NSAIDs.

Serious side effects of Kicpain XL Capsule that require immediate medical attention include signs of stomach bleeding (such as black or bloody stools, vomiting blood), severe allergic reactions (swelling of the face or lips, trouble breathing), chest pain, sudden weakness, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.

Women of childbearing potential must use reliable contraception while taking Kicpain XL Capsule. A negative pregnancy test may be required before starting, and your doctor may prescribe this medicine only if there is a strong clinical need and no safer alternative is suitable.
