Side Effects of Kryxana are Rash, Nausea, Constipation, Fatigue, Diarrhea, Decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), Hair loss, Back pain, Infection, Anemia (low number of red blood cells), Decreased appetite, Vomiting, Headache, Low blood platelets, Decreased potassium level in blood, Decreased white blood cell count (lymphocytes), Dizziness, Vertigo, Fainting, Increased lacrimation, Breathlessness, Cough, Itching, Abnormal liver enzyme, Decreased calcium level in blood.

Ribociclib is an anti-cancer medication. It works by blocking proteins (kinases) which are important for the growth and division of cells. This slows the growth of cancer cells and eventually kills them.
