How Kufnil-A Products work

Ambroxol + Bromhexine + Guaifenesin + Menthol is a combination of four medicines: Ambroxol + Bromhexine + Guaifenesin + Menthol1, Ambroxol + Bromhexine + Guaifenesin + Menthol2, Ambroxol + Bromhexine + Guaifenesin + Menthol3 and Ambroxol + Bromhexine + Guaifenesin + Menthol4 which relieve cough. Ambroxol + Bromhexine + Guaifenesin + Menthol1 and Ambroxol + Bromhexine + Guaifenesin + Menthol2 are mucolytics which thin and loosen mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Ambroxol + Bromhexine + Guaifenesin + Menthol3 is an expectorant which decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and further helps in its removal from the airways. Ambroxol + Bromhexine + Guaifenesin + Menthol4 produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation.
