Cetirizine + Phenylephrine + Ambroxol + Paracetamol1 is an antihistamine. It treats allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itching by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Cetirizine + Phenylephrine + Ambroxol + Paracetamol2 is a nasal decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Cetirizine + Phenylephrine + Ambroxol + Paracetamol3 is a mucolytic medication. It thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) in the nose, windpipe, and lungs making it easier to cough out. Cetirizine + Phenylephrine + Ambroxol + Paracetamol4 is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).
