Paracetamol + Phenylpropanolamine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Sodium Citrate1 is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Paracetamol + Phenylpropanolamine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Sodium Citrate2 is a sympathomimetics agonist. It narrows blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion. Paracetamol + Phenylpropanolamine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Sodium Citrate3 is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Paracetamol + Phenylpropanolamine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Sodium Citrate4 is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
