Common

Side Effects of Mefliam Plus are Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Headache, Sleepiness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Decreased white blood cell count (lymphocytes), Reduced reticulocyte count, Abdominal pain, Taste change, Ringing in ear, Cough, Diarrhea, Vertigo, Balance disorder (loss of balance), Abnormal dreams.

How Mefliam Plus Products work

Artesunate + Mefloquine is a combination of two antiparasitic medicines: Artesunate + Mefloquine1 and Artesunate + Mefloquine2, which treats malaria. These medicines work by increasing the levels of haeme in the blood, a substance toxic to the malarial parasite. This kills the parasite and stops the infection from spreading.
