Inform your doctor if your symptoms are getting worse while using this medicine. If you do not feel better after finishing the full course of treatment, consult your doctor.

Use Muprinem 2% Cream for the duration advised by your doctor. The bacteria are normally cleared from your skin within 10 days of starting the treatment. Do not use it for more than 10 days. If your skin condition does not improve within 3-5 days, see your doctor.

Muprinem 2% Cream should not be used to treat infections in or near the eyes, nostrils or mouth. If this medicine accidentally enters your eyes, wash the eyes thoroughly with water. In case you have tubes inserted in your body for the delivery of fluids or medicines (cannula), do not use this medicine to treat the skin near that area.

Wash off the ointment immediately if you get raised and itchy rash, cough, shortness of breath, wheezing or difficulty breathing, fainting, and swelling of the face, lips, tongue, throat or other parts of the body. These may be signs of severe allergic reaction. You should immediately stop using Muprinem 2% Cream and consult your doctor. Though unlikely, but if you get abdominal cramps and diarrhea, you should stop Muprinem 2% Cream immediately and consult your doctor.
