How Mylone Products work

Metronidazole + Diloxanide + Dimethicone is a combination of three medicines: Metronidazole + Diloxanide + Dimethicone1, Metronidazole + Diloxanide + Dimethicone2 and Metronidazole + Diloxanide + Dimethicone3. Metronidazole + Diloxanide + Dimethicone1 is an antibiotic which kills bacteria and other infectious microorganisms by damaging their DNA. Metronidazole + Diloxanide + Dimethicone2 is a luminal amoebicide which acts inside the intestines to kill the infection-causing microorganisms (amoeba). It is added in case of severe intestinal infections. Metronidazole + Diloxanide + Dimethicone3 is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
