How NAC Products work
Nimesulide + Paracetamol + Magnesium Trisilicate + Chlorpheniramine Maleate is a combination of two pain relievers (Nimesulide + Paracetamol + Magnesium Trisilicate + Chlorpheniramine Maleate1, Nimesulide + Paracetamol + Magnesium Trisilicate + Chlorpheniramine Maleate2), one antacid (Nimesulide + Paracetamol + Magnesium Trisilicate + Chlorpheniramine Maleate3) and one antiallergic (Nimesulide + Paracetamol + Magnesium Trisilicate + Chlorpheniramine Maleate4). The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. The antacid neutralizes the excess acid in the stomach and reduces side effects of the pain relievers. The antiallergic relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, sneezing and watery eyes.
