Sumatriptan + Naproxen1 is a selective 5HT1-receptor agonist which relieves headache by narrowing the widened blood vessels in the head. Sumatriptan + Naproxen2 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers and decreases general inflammation and pain caused due to migraine.
