Fluocinolone acetonide + Miconazole + Neomycin1 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Fluocinolone acetonide + Miconazole + Neomycin2 is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi while Fluocinolone acetonide + Miconazole + Neomycin3 antibiotic which stops bacterial growth on skin.
