Clindamycin + Nicotinamide is a combination of two medicines: Clindamycin + Nicotinamide1 and Clindamycin + Nicotinamide2, which treats pimples (acne). Clindamycin + Nicotinamide1 is an antibiotic which works by penetrating into the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria. Clindamycin + Nicotinamide2 is a form of vitamin B.
