Side Effects of Normocid are Chalky taste, Fecal impaction (hardened stool that stays stuck in the rectum or lower colon), Rebound hyperacidity, Decreased phosphate level in blood, Increased magnesium level in blood, Milk-alkali syndrome, Softening of bones, Aluminum intoxication, Muscle weakness, Encephalopathy, Hypersensitivity.
