Take Panostok-CT Capsule ER exactly as directed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. To prevent heartburn and acid indigestion, take it 30-60 minutes before eating food or drinking beverages as that can lead to indigestion. Follow all directions as advised.

No, alcohol is usually avoided while taking Panostok-CT Capsule ER as it may increase the acidity and cause acid reflux in the food pipe (esophagus) causing heartburn (painful burning in chest). This would decrease the effect of this medicine and can aggravate your existing condition.
