How Pre Aldonil Products work

Epalrestat + Pregabalin is a combination of two medicines: Epalrestat + Pregabalin1 and Epalrestat + Pregabalin2 which treat neuropathic pain. Epalrestat + Pregabalin1 is an aldose reductase inhibitor. It blocks the accumulation of sorbitol in cells, which causes diabetic nerve disease. Epalrestat + Pregabalin2 is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.
