How Propyzole E Products work

Betamethasone + Clotrimazole is a combination of two medicines: Betamethasone + Clotrimazole1 and Betamethasone + Clotrimazole2 which treat skin infections. Betamethasone + Clotrimazole1 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Betamethasone + Clotrimazole2 is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi on the skin by preventing them from forming their own protective covering.
