Ramistar-AM 2.5 Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems. It is also prescribed for patients with heart disease or diabetes to help protect the heart and blood vessels.

Serious side effects of Ramistar-AM 2.5 Tablet may include swelling of the face, lips, or tongue; difficulty breathing; low blood pressure; or kidney problems. Seek medical attention immediately if any of these occur.

Do not take Ramistar-AM 2.5 Tablet if you are pregnant, have had a severe allergic reaction to similar medications, or have conditions such as narrowing of the heart valves, very low blood pressure, or kidney failure.

While taking Ramistar-AM 2.5 Tablet, have regular blood pressure checks and kidney function tests. Avoid alcohol, stay well hydrated, and rise slowly from sitting or lying positions to prevent dizziness.
